Noveske Rifleworks and Irregular Defense have reached a mutual and respectful agreement to part ways professionally, based on difference of opinions regarding certain marketing aesthetic. We remain friends and neighbors, and support each other’s individual endeavors. We will continue to allow orders from dealers for the Noveske x Irregular defense configurations through December 31, 2024. IRREGULAR DEFENSE
I want to share that I will not be continuing my professional relationship with Noveske. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with so many wonderful people there. I continue to consider them my friends. Working with them to design, test, and evaluate a new weapon system was an invaluable experience. Thank you, Noveske team. It was a true collaborative process from start to finish. It was not simply placing my logo on an existing rifle. I still believe the platform we created is an excellent rifle, and I completely believe in the company, its people and the rifles they produce. It is truly my favorite that I’ve ever run.
At the end of the day, however, I cannot align myself with a company that uses content contrary to my faith. My faith is primary in everything that I do, and because of this, it is essential that I distance myself from marketing that is sexual in nature and appeals to the demon of lust. I pray for them and wish them well in everything they do. And allow me to be clear: there is zero animosity or judgment from my side, I still love the time I was able to work with them and the people there. This is simply a firm and solid boundary that I refuse to compromise on: morality and standards set forth by Christ are paramount to me.
I recognize that this decision may result in losses for my family and business. Christ calls us to a higher standard than what the world offers. He invites us to suffer for Him and His Kingdom. We who are truly following Christ must act as ambassadors of His Kingdom.
We are all sinners, and it’s up to us how we respond when we recognize our sin. Do we remain in it and perpetuate iniquity? Or, rather, do we rise? Do we choose to align ourselves with Christ and seek forgiveness? All of our journeys as Christians are ones of lifelong repentance.
I regret that we were unable to reach an agreement for a continued partnership. While this may not matter to most reading this message, it is crucial for my relationship with Christ and my role as the leader of my family. After much prayer for wisdom and guidance throughout this process, I believe this is the only course of action.
There will be an undetermined grace period to sell off current items in production, fulfill dealer orders, and manage inventory.
